Silver Plated Lion Footed Victorian Style tea & coffee service. This lovely tea and coffee service includes a sugar bowl with lid, a creamer, a coffee pot, and a tea pot. This would look lovely for a fancy tea party or for Sunday brunch. All items have been polished, but may need a touchup upon arrival.

All items are marked crescent, silver, and are silver plated. You will receive a total of five items. This includes the lid to the sugar bowl. The Crescent silverware manufacturing company was from Jervis, New York.

The company was founded in New York City 1922 and moved to Port Jarvis in 1939. These items are silver plated, hollow wear. The company was also known for its line of pewter items. In 1977 and the company was bought by Samuel Kirk and son. I can only assume that this tea service was made some time before 1977.

The service has been gently used and loved. Keep in mind that the service has scratching from polishing and use. This in no way detracts from the service. It is quite normal, and to be expected from a service that has been formally owned And has a mirrored surface.
