Made from silver plate and is English. The swirling arms are just stunning. The base is weighted and there is a cover to the base. There is also an ornate candle snuffer to put out each candle.

A lovely ornate piece, perfect to grace any dining table or stage in a modern interior to add soul and character to a space. Areas where silver plate is loose and is missing. Shows signs of wear and tear as it is old and has been used, but only adds to its character. Great decorative item which would look fantastic in any home or business interior.
